This policy sets out how we and our franchisees use your personal information and provides information regarding the collection, use, disclosure, security and access to your personal information.

Information Collected

The type of information which we collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered by us or our franchisees and which products or services that you use. We and our franchisees will only collect personal information from you that is necessary for us and our franchisees to meet or fulfill our activities and functions or for business development and direct marketing purposes.

(a) Information provided by you on the Client Information and Consent Form as updated from time to time;
(b) Information provided by you when you acquire goods or services from us or our franchisees such as, but not limited to, the number and type of air conditioning units at your premises, your name , your address, your email, your purchases and preferred and actual method of payment
(c) Information that we may gain from other sources relevant to any customer loyalty program we may operate;

(e) Information regarding your payment preferences including any direct debit or credit card payments; and

(d) statement producers;
(e) data mail houses;
(f) data processing organisations; and

Where such disclosures are made, those companies will be required to protect your personal information as diligently as we do through confidentiality agreements and other contractual obligations.

We will provide you with access to your personal information held by us except to the extent that:
